Cancellation Policy
Clients may reschedule up to 12 hours before their session and may cancel up to 24 hours before the session start time. Bookings close 24 hours before the session to ensure proper preparation. Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, and no-shows are non-refundable. A card on file is required for all online bookings. Clients must arrive on time, follow coach instructions, and disclose any health conditions at least 12 hours prior to training. By booking, clients agree to all Terms of Service, the Liability Waiver, and all academy policies.
